Pulaski County had the most rural property and land for sale. There were 652 acres of sold land in Kentucky recorded in January through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a four percent reduction in sales activity over the month before, with a combined land value of $3 million for all property and land sold in the state. The most land sales in the state last month were located in Adair County. Kentucky gets rugged fast and lives up to its heritage as a hunting and fishing paradise.
