Recent internal data records more than $4 billion in land and rural property for sale in the Bluegrass State. This comprises nearly 296,000 acres of land for sale in the state. Of Kentucky's 120 counties, Pulaski County had the most land for sale. There were 604 acres of sold land in Kentucky recorded last month through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a reduction in sales activity over data from the previous month. The total value of this sold land and rural real estate was $3 million.
