TRACT DESCRIPTIONS

Tract 1: 145 ac Outstanding tract featuring two very nice farm ponds and a small cabin. This tract contains a lot of hunting ground and grazing ground. Tract 2: 196 ac Many beautiful potential home and pond sites. Mostly good laying ground with a few small fields that are kept mowed. Contains a lot of wooded area with mostly young growth timber.
